2. The Seller warrants to the Buye(i) the Seller is the owner of the Vehicle; (ii) the Seller has the legal right to sell the Vehicle; (iii) the Vehicle is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances; and (iv) the Vehicle is not the subject of a hire purchase agreement. The Seller also hereby warrants
3. The Seller warrants that while the Vehicle was in the Seller’s possession, the odometer was not altered or disconnected and that to the best of the Seller’s knowledge the odometer reading above
