PERSONAL PROPERTY LEASE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made by and between _________________________________________ (the “Lessor”) and _____________________________________________ (the “Lessee”).

4. The Lessor shall not be liable for any liability, loss, or damage caused by the Property or its use that does not result directly and wholly from the negligence of the Lessor.
